Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining ownership of your accounts, and complying with the rules of any marketplace you sell on. You retain full responsibility for your store and accounts.
Honest Practices
We operate honestly and will not engage in deceptive practices on your behalf. We will not fabricate information, create misleading appeals, or encourage policy violations.
Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted per engagement and agreed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are specified in your individual agreement.
